This project is finished - 3 filleting knives are remaining for sale.
No knives are currently under construction, or will be, until the stock is sold.
All forged from 440-C Stainless Steel, heat treated to about 59 RC.
At around 8" these long blades are ideal for filleting large fish.
Unique design allows for stiffness for cutting through fish bones, and flexibility to take off skin and fillets without being flimsy like some commercial models.
Some owners declared filleting over 180 salmon without the need for sharpening.
All come with hand made Kydex sheath for easy washing, and detent to keep knife from sliding out on its own.
Price is $250.00 US plus $20 Shipping - prepaid in full by Postal Money Order.
