purple ball bullet   Bowie knives
Average is now only one Bowie knife every year.
At my age 77, I may build maybe 2-3 more before closing the shop for good.
The blades will be 440-C stainless steel, cutting and false edges hand forged, will be hardened and tempered to about 57 RC.
For the handle material I would chose a large matched set of Arizona Ironwood scales - supplied by Mr. Robert Bradley of   Arizona Desert Ironwood Glendale AZ
The sheath/case/scabbard - will have a molded KYDEX® liner wrapped in fine swaid leather, snap strap, swivel belt loop. Will have a unique artwork.
German Silver (Nickel-Silver), Brass, SS, Aluminum as metals in the handle - guard, pins, rivets, thong holes.
The final blade finish is still undecided - either frosty, or mirror, or combination of both finishes.

Those matched sets are the most exclusive grade handle material - of course if customer will order one - he well be able to choose from other extraordinery, one of a kind, handle materials I have on hand.

The Bowie knives sale price will start at $1,250 US - going to highest bidder.
If you like to add one to your collection / reserve it / buy it now at $1,250.00, an arrangement for split payment (1-deposit, 2-when finished) can be made.
