Our productsMost of our products grow wild in Fraser Canyon, British Columbia around Lytton, and we harvest them individually by hand. Some are harder to pick and find than others, and the quantity of finished product depends on many factors.Hiking all over mountains is the major part of the harvest, and hundreds of miles are driven during season to find some berries, Pine mushrooms, and wild growing Asparagus. We grow our own organic hot Chillies, Dill weed, Garlic, Beans and Cucumbers in our garden. All products will be ready for market soon after harvesting and processing, and of course are subject of the time of the year for the picking. This will be in the fall for most of berry, and garden products. Fish product are subject to fishing restrictions and regulations. All finished products are naturally Organic - may contain fresh lemon juice, and Certo light with minimum possible sugar. No additives, no thickeners, and no preservatives added. We'll only have a hundred jars or so this year so the stock will be very limited. We're restricting folks to one of each item per basket to a maximum of 6 items, so that more of you can get a chance to have a some combination. The combination of 4 different items was the over all the #1 in the test runs, and the shipping cost is estimated on that. Selection and ReservationIf you are interested to purchase any of our products, make sure that you do reserve your items ahead of time. The deadline for orders is October 31st.We will assemble the items of your choice into a basket, and ship as soon as the products are ready. Your name will go on the reservation list sorted in first come/first serve. The number of any product in stock will be updated after each sale. As soon as the items are sold out, they will be marked as such, and anyone whose luck run out on any particular item, will be notified, and able to select a replacement item without loosing a place in the line. You can also leave the selection choice to us and just choose how many items you would like in your surprise basket. |
PricesBecause each product quantity depends directly on how much is harvested, we will not sell any individual items.We will assemble and wrap a Gift basket for you. The price of the gift basket goes by how many, and which products you select. The choice is 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 items. We use different jar shapes / sizes for different products.
